AQUA HOT/ HYDRO HOT/ WEBAST Complete BURNER REBUILT

Aqua Hot/ Hydro Hot/ Webasto Rebuilt Burner. We replace all bearings with ceramic bearings ( much better than OEM) and gears, O-rings, seals, grommets, flame sensor, blower motor, fuel solenoid, nozzle. We replace the motor to fan shaft coupling with a much improved and quieter Love Joy coupling. We true up and rebalance the fiber blower fan. They tend to warp over the years. This allows the unit to produce more combustion air and run quieter. We rebuild the fuel pump with new pressure regulator and much better Viton seal. Electrodes will be cleaned and set, air shutter will be set with an exhaust gas analyzer. Unit will be bench tested for fuel pressure and motor RPM and tested on an Aqua Hot unit for two hours. 

We will include in the box a spare nozzle, new filter and a PREPAID return shipping label for your core. When your core arrives at our shop we will credit $1000.00 back to you through Ebay. This lowers your cost to $1695.00
